Well, our new President has sure made some major changes his first week in the office. Some are unfortunate, such as his views on the sanctity of life. I keep hearing about how President Barack Obama is going to save the world. It makes me sick! This happens whenever we change ships from Asses to Elephants or Elephants to Asses. We are just focusing on President Obama more because (1) he is the first Black president, (2) President Bush was so despised (though not as much as Gov. Blago), and (3) our economy is so far down the tubes it’ll take more than a good flush to get things going again (heck, Microsoft laid off employees for it’s first time ever!). Yeah, I’m not the biggest fan of Obama, but I don’t know, McCain scares me.
You wonder where some of the people come up with their wacko ideas. Like Speaker
Pelosi. If we increase family planning services, we “stimulate the economy”. Even if I were to be pro-choice, this would still scare me!
Boy does she look nasty in this picture too.

So, I was prusing the internet. Pastor Chryst wrote about it, Frank picked it up. I noticed that it is a comment from Professor Berger (and it appears it’s not his first!) I sure hope that our seminaries are getting more and more confessional and that he won’t be the next one out!
It appears that Issues, Etc. will be returning to the airwaves. The question I have, which the site does not answer is: will this be broadcast exclusively on the Internet or will it be available on the radio? Anyway, either is better than what we have now! Check out their website at http://www.piratechristianradio.com/. It will be interesting to see who is behind this wonderful endeavor.
