Rider's Comments: I have never ridden the path, but according to the Department of Natural Resources, this path requires a mountain bike and bring your own refreshments, as they are only available at locks 21+22 and the Visitors Center in Sheffield.
Justin says that the path is straight and relatively flat. So if you are looking for an exciting trail, this may not be fore you.
